Chicago Vacation

We're on vacation. As I usually do, the pics will be posted from the road. Comments come while the memories are fresh. That I would likely never get to them once I got home.

Okay, so I'm a total slacker.  Not really, I just have not had time for a while.  Anyways, the girls website finally has some new pictures (well, some of them are actually kind of old - but they're new to the website!).  Penny's birthday pictures finally made it up!  Poor Penny.  I need to move back to Hawaii where all I had time for all day was updating the website!  :)  Hope you enjoy.  I will try to post more soon, because I do have more (dance recital, trike-a-thon, etc.).

Nathan has added pictures to the main page! Now you will see pics of Bethany and Penny, as well as some of them together! You may start wondering if some of those baby pictures of Bethany are of Penny. :) So, now you should be greeted by some newer faces when you visit the page!

no sleep, so pics

Well this evening we ate a lovely dinner in the cafe attached to our hotel. Although the menus look a bit pricey around town, we have learned that prices include tax and gratuity. So no hidden fees!

Anyway, after dinner B and I went for a walk while Amy took a shower and break. When we returned, we cleaned up and got in bed. I crashed around 9pm and slept until Amy finally felt tired and laid down after midnight. Then I was wide awake (of course).

So in an effort to get tired again, I set up the picture site. You can find them here. It worked; they're now done and so am I. Back to bed. I'll let her describe the day more when she gets up.

One last thing: today was our wedding anniversary. It has been eight wonderful years! She has no idea I am typing this now, so I'll just take the opportunity to publicly say, "I love you! Now and forever. God truly blessed me when he gave me you... And I hope that shopping and sight-seeing in Paris with our daughter was a good present. It is a day I will not soon forget." :)
